| László Lukács
chairman
Mr Lukacs graduated as an Electrical Engineer at the Technical University of Budapest. Later he made a specialized Masters degree in Economics as well. With considerable experience in the IT telecom and banking sectors, he worked in management positions in the IT consultancy field before establishing Nextent Informatics Co., whose chairman at the moment. He spends his freetime with family, playing bass guitar or windsurfing. | 
| István Fehér
chief executive officer As an Electrical Engineer, Mr Feher started his career in software development and consultancy positions in the early 1990s. Later on, he achieved outstanding success in the introduction of business intelligence systems. Before Nextent he used to work as the Brach Manager of a consultancy company, while today as the CEO of Nextent Informatics Co. he is responsible for business development and operative management, studying for his MBA degree at the same time. In his freetime he plays role games, takes piano lessons and has a passion for great Hungarian wines.

business development manager With an IT qualification, he made his Masters degree in Finance at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. At the same time he was already working, first as a developer, then in various consultancy and project management roles, dealing with business intelligence systems and data warehouses. Mr Bódogh has an international project management (PMP) qualification, in 2004 he made an MBA degree at the Technical University of Budapest. Presently he is responsible for business intelligence and CRM systems, IT strategy, while studying for a Ph.D in Economics. He is a member of Nextent Informatics Co’s Board of Directors. He spends his freetime with family and friends, playing the guitar and going to wine-clubs. | 
| József Kiss
chief architect He started his career in the 1980s as an IT Engineer in the development of corporate transaction systems. In the past 15 years his team delivered several successful business intelligence, transaction and business process support systems to customers from the telecom and banking sector. Besides the professional management of running projects, as a strategical technology manager he is working on the applicability of the latest IT technologies in business life. He is a member of Nextent Informatics Co’s Board of Directors. He spends his freetime with family or reading professional literature. | 
| Balázs Szalai
business applications branch manager Mr Szalai graduated at the University of Veszprem in 2000 and started his career as a developer at an IT consultancy company. A couple of years later he was already working as a Senior Developer then Project Manager of his team, developing business support applications, transaction and accounting systems in Oracle and Java. At Nextent he is working as a Business Applications Brach Manager, managing software development projects. He is a member of Nextent Informatics Co’s Board of Directors. | 
| Zoltán Varjas
financial manager With a degree in Economics, Mr Varjas started working as an accountant, then in various management roles in finance and accounting. In the past few years he worked in the IT sector, being responsible for the entire financial, taxation and accounting area. Today he is the Financial Manager, the Financial, Accounting and Tax Consultant of Nextent Informatics Co. He is a member of Nextent Informatics Co’s Board of Directors. | 
| Magyar Viktor
system integration branch manager Graduated at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Branch of Technical Informatics, then began to work at an IT consultancy company. In a few years he was already working as a lead developer. Meanwhile, he achieved his second graduation at Budapest University of Economics and Administration as an engineer-economist. Later he worked as a project manager of his team, developing and integrating several business intelligence, accounting and customized systems. He has an international project management qualification (PMP). As the Head of the System Integration Branch he manages and controls software development projects. |
