Our predecessor, MIS Telecom Ltd, was formed in March 1998 as part of the MIS Group, owned 100% by MIS Consulting Plc. The idea behind the foundation of MIS Telecom Ltd was to establish an individual enterprise capable of meeting the IT needs of the telecom sector, at a professional level.
Our company’s expertise was ensured by all the knowledge and experience obtained over the years, in the holding company and the MIS Group. Today our colleagues have thorough experience in the various telecom technologies and meeting requirements in diverse business areas.
Experience gained from several different areas gave a solid base for the company to undertake projects outside the telecom sector, as well. Our increasing presence in other sectors besides telecommunications has led to a change in the company’s name and profile. As part of the transformation, along with a change in ownership, at the end of 2002 Nextent Informatics Co. was formed as an independent company, separated from the MIS Group.
The development of Nextent is demonstrated well by its increasing number of employees and sales revenue. Today the company has over 60 employees and its yearly revenue exceeds HUF 1 billion. In 2007 Nextent acquired ownership in Data Research Ltd, a company expanding our portfolio with business analysis, CRM consultancy and data-mining. |
