With the ATLANTIS commission and bonus settlement system, we aim to provide IT support for the commission systems of companies and institutions where commissioning and settlement rules depend on several different rules and parameters changing in time. The complex financial and data management regulations require, that the results of commission calculation are handled at an analytic level, stored, and that the commissioning processes are managed in a financially closed system.
The aim of the ATLANTIS system is to support the sales, customer service and behaviour strategies of the companies with an integrated informatics system that is capable of providing regular analytic commission calculations and financial settlements by flexibly following changing commands, contracts and rules. The system also aims to provide the most up-to-date information to employees and external partners (retailers, agents and middlemen) in the commissioning process about their performance figures compared to their plans, this way encouraging efficient work. The system is built up of standard technology elements, with tailorable interfaces it can be efficiently fit into the existing IT environment of the company (SOA, J2EE). Modules of the ATLANTIS system:
• Administration module • Partner management module • Data processing module • Commission calculation module • Data publishing module • User and authorization management module • Product management module • Performance measuring module • Complaints management module • Reporting module
Strengths and main functions of the system:
• Modular system structure • Automatized, scheduled loading and processing of source data, with the handling of large-sized data sets • Support and coverage of the administration of settlement working processes • Use of planning, plan allocation, plan fulfillment and output measurement algorithms • Broad scale commission calculation models with commission elements dynamically parameterizable through user interfaces • Commission calculations started manually through user interfaces, or automatically scheduled in the background • “Per channel”commission calculation processes, with parallel execution possibility • Management of settlement periods, with retrospective supplemental calculation algorithms for differentiation • Automatic and manual correction possibilities on different logical levels • Support for the administration of complaints management and approval processes • Reporting system for analyzing data on different aggregation levels (per item at an analytic level) • Ad-hoc data query, analysis and export features, fixed format (PDF) reports • Monthly posting of internal employees' commissions, into the payroll management system through a standard interface • Supplying of commission data for external partners according to the regulations • System architecture using standard corporate technologies |
