Our predecessor, MIS Telecom Ltd, was formed in March 1998 as part of the MIS Group, owned 100% by MIS Consulting Plc. The idea behind the foundation of MIS Telecom Ltd was to establish an individual enterprise capable of meeting the IT needs of the telecom sector, at a professional level. |

The business under the holding company continuously expanded, in the number of employees and revenue as well (revenues totalled HUF 215 million in 1999 and 345 million in 2000). |
