I got to Nextent as a marketing intern in September 2016. What I really loved at first was the youthful team and the opportunity of developing. The things I’ve seen in the university only from the theoretical side, here I learnt them through real situations. After my internship I’ve become a full-time Nextent employee. There are more responsible and varied tasks waiting for me day after day.

I’ve been working at Nextent since the beginning of January 2017 as a Junior Software Developer. I’ve met them on the Autumn HVG Job Fair in 2016, and they’ve got my symphaty on the spot. I feel that here I’m not „just an employee” but a family member. Leading industry, fantastic team, recognized company. Every time I sit down working, I know that what I do makes other people everyday life easier. I feel that by every single task I do I become more and more. My goal is to continuously deepen my knowledge for which I got the opportunity every day.

I’ve been working at Nextent since 2015. As a start I took part in telecommunication projects as a software tester and consultant. Now I’m participating in a complex digital transformation project that puts employee recognition forward in reaching business goals by utilizing the ideology of gamification. Here I feel that my opinion matters, they trust me, and entrust significant tasks to me. Nextent offers flexible working conditions and opportunities so I can try myself out in different fields.

I applied to Nextent in the middle of May as an entrant, and two weeks after the interview I’ve found myself in deep water. As a Junior Developer I can work on a project which is really useful and makes other people’ work easier. A lot of interesting and complex tasks got entrusted to me day by day, but with the help, directness, and good humour of my colleagues I can easily solve them. It feels good that my opinion counts here, this is really important for me.

I’ve been working here only for a week when they’ve already entrusted serious tasks to me on real projects, so I could improve my vocational skills even from the very first moment. I really like the team, and I think that at Nextent everything is given to obtain that knowledge and experiences which is required to become an expert.

I’ve been working at Nextent for over a year, first I met them on the Spring HVG Job Fair in 2016 when I was looking for a company for my internship. In the beginning I coped with Android development where I could exploit my creativity and it felt good that even being a junior they entrusted responsible tasks to me. The atmosphere is familiar, and it’s easy to fit in the team due to the common programs - such as our team building weekends or the Spartan Race for which it’s gonna be the third time we’re entering this year as team Nextent. Thanks to the new and exciting challenges I face every day, I continuously develop.
