I’ve been working at Nextent since 2015. As a start I took part in telecommunication projects as a software tester and consultant. Now I’m participating in a complex digital transformation project that puts employee recognition forward in reaching business goals by utilizing the ideology of gamification. Here I feel that my opinion matters, they trust me, and entrust significant tasks to me. Nextent offers flexible working conditions and opportunities so I can try myself out in different fields.
